What I like about James Sanson is simple. He says what is going to do for you, and he does it. James told me that he was going to find a house with little or no repairs required, and a house with at least $20,000 difference between what the comps say, and the discounted price that he was going to get for me.

Like I said, James does what he says he is going to do. In turn, today I own my first investment property, which gives me $700 positive cashflow each month. Not bad at all.

Also, he does everything giving me time to do what I love doing... Air Chairing.
